Professor Geoffrey Fincher (ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Cell Walls )and Dr David Topping (CSIRO Food and Nutritional Sciences), two internationally renowned leaders in their fields will discuss the impact of biotechnology on food, fuel and the future with Dr Paul Willis, Director of RiAus. Audience participation will be encouraged.
